This elderly female suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis had a disfigured right foot with secondary problems of pressure ulcers in the sole and compressed toes. She required a deformity correction surgery with a very less margin of error, in the face of severe osteoporosis and progressive soft tissue contractures. She underwent a single stage deformity correction with fusion of the joints of the first three toes resulting in a near normal foot identical to the left.
